Bulky items include appliances, furniture, some auto parts (2 pieces), and some construction debris (2 pieces). These bulky items cannot exceed 150 pounds and must be able to be lifted by two men.
Items larger than this will be subject to additional charges.
Large items will be collected throughout the week.
Customers wishing to have items removed from the side or behind the property will be subject to additional service charges.
Bulky items are also collected during the city's
Cleanup. Items must be placed at the curb on Monday morning of the cleanup.
Residential customers are eligible for free collection of furniture, appliances, EWaste, or tires. Limit of 2 per year and 2 additional during the
citywide cleanups in April and October.
Commercial business and multi-residential customers can arrange for pick up by calling (760) 327-1351 ext. 322. There is a charge for this bulky item pick up. All Items need to be outside of your unit close to where the driver pulls up.
